From the very first visit, the design intent was clear to Architect Yameni of R Arch Architects

(rarch_architects) the interiors had to frame and celebrate the stunning creek views. The palette is anchored by Brazilian fusion marble, a pavilion-style sloping roof clad in warm birchwood slats, and bold monochromatic patterned flooring that brings both timelessness and playful charm. Together, these elements create a welcoming atmosphere, equally suited to intimate family evenings as well as vibrant social occasions. 

Versatility lies at the heart of the space. Cozy seating nooks invite quiet conversations, while expansive open areas transform to host larger parties. In a city where open terraces are a rarity, this space strikes the perfect balance—offering a vantage point to soak in the creekside vistas while serving as a serene, greenery-filled sanctuary.
