‘The Colonial Manor’ is a family estate retreat located amidst the verdant foliage and inviting climate of the hill-station of Lonavala in Maharashtra. Extending over 5,000 sq.ft, the design unites classical and modern styles, creating a harmonious blend of timeless elegance and contemporary flair with a natural backdrop.

Inspired by the order, symmetry and elegance of Edwardian and Modern-English design styles, the interior aesthetics have been crafted to promote a sense of regality and warmth while seamlessly infusing contemporary elements and textures. Signature classical motifs and patterns are used for fabrics, wallpapers and accents to create spaces rooted in tradition and sophistication.

Influenced by the serene surroundings, natural colors such as earthy tones and shades of green are used to create a soothing ambiance. The planning enables scenic views of the lush lawns ornamented with exotic shrubs and trees.
